Hailing from Southern California, Eddie Ray has had a lifelong passion for music. Since he was a kid, he watched his father singing in bands and always wanted to jump on stage. He taught himself the guitar at the age of 10 with a few lessons from his father, and not long after, he posted his first ever cover video online onto Google Videos (now known as YouTube). A few days later, he received his first ever comment on a video:

"Rubbish." 

After Googling what that meant, he knew he was dedicated to a life of improvement and service to what he loved: music. Eddie performed in various bands and developed a love for classical music through his school's orchestra that continues today. In his younger years, Eddie fell in love Queen and Michael Jackson. Hearing the soaring vocals of Freddie Mercury and Michael Jackson inspired him immensely.

After going to college and taking songwriting courses, he became inspired to start writing music. His biggest inspirations nowadays are Bruno Mars and Prince. 

As a live performer, Eddie brings a joyful stage presence with the primary goal of making music fun for his listeners and audience. His ultimate goal is for people to have fun and connect with themselves and each other through the intense power of music.
